HartFest 2025 Food and Beverage Vendor Payment
Thank you for being a Food and Beverage vendor at HartFest! If you have already been accepted as a vendor at HartFest 2025, please use this page to pay for your space.
DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS THROUGH THIS PAGE UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN ACCEPTANCE EMAIL FROM US. No refunds will be given for payments made in error.
All accepted vendors must pay a nonrefundable minimum fee of $300. If accepted, vendor fees are 20% of gross sales on beverages and 10% of gross sales on food, paid by 11 pm on the final day of each event. The $300 fee paid today will be applied toward that balance.
This minimum $300 fee must be paid upon acceptance to vend at HartFest. If your vendor fee is not paid within 30 days of acceptance, you will forfeit your spot and it will be given to another vendor.
