

HartFest 2025 Food and Beverage Vendor Application
Apply to be a Food and Beverage vendor at HartFest 2025. HartFest—featuring BBQ and some of the region’s best live music acts—is one of Wauwatosa’s signature events, and a great way to kick off summer in Milwaukee!
Event hours:
Friday, June 13, 5 pm - 10 pm
Saturday, June 14, 11 am - 10 pm
Fees:
• $20 non-refundable application fee
• If accepted, vendor fees are 20% of gross sales on beverages and 10% of gross sales on food, paid by 11 pm on the final day of each event. A nonrefundable minimum fee of $300 is required upon acceptance and will be applied toward your balance during the event.
• Power fees are $50-$100 per outlet (depending on amperage) if needed
To be considered as a vendor at HartFest:
1. Click the “Add to Cart” button below.
2. Complete the Vendor Application pop-up form and click the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom of the form.
3. Click the Shopping Cart icon in the upper right of your phone/computer screen.
4. Click “Check Out” and complete the steps to pay the $20 application fee and submit your application.
Only vendors who complete the check-out process and pay the application fee will be considered. Vendors who are accepted will be notified by email and invoiced for further fees.
